How to mold the insole

Heat the insole in the microwave (500 W for 40 seconds or 600 W for 30 seconds), stand on it for 2 minutes. Wear the insole for one hour and it will adapt precisely to your foot. After cooling, it can be placed in all types of work shoes and safety shoes.
