Student chef & Gastronomy - approved chef's uniform

If you are going to the gastronomy or chef's line at SDE, you must wear a regulated uniform in order to participate in the teaching in the school kitchen. Our student packages contain everything you need to get started with confidence:

Waiter & host – uniforms for service and restaurant

At SDE’s waiter and restaurant training courses, you are expected to appear professional and presentable. Therefore, the student packages contain high-quality workwear:

• Waiter vests – classic and timeless
• Aprons (long or short)
• Non-slip shoes with high comfort for long serving days

Reception, front desk & hotel service

Students in hotel and reception education work in the role of host and first contact for the guest. Here, the uniform should radiate quality and calm - and at the same time be comfortable in a busy everyday life.
