This privacy policy describes how Imagewear ApS processes and protects your personal data when you visit our website, make purchases or communicate with us. In order to deliver your goods and provide customer service, we collect the following information:

- Telephone number
- Order and delivery information
- Payment information (stored not at Imagewear, but handled externally by payment providers)
The information is used to process your order, deliver your goods and communicate with you about your order. If an item is shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier, relevant information may be provided to them for delivery purposes.

- Epay / Bambora – secure payment processing
- Google Analytics – statistics and analysis
- Hosting and IT suppliers – operations and security
All data processors are covered by data processing agreements and may only use information according to instructions from Imagewear.
5. Storage and deletion of personal data
We will retain your information for as long as necessary for the purpose, or until you request deletion. If you have a customer account, you can ask us to delete it, after which all your information will be removed – unless Danish law requires the retention of invoices and accounting data.

As a customer, you have the following rights:
