Shipping, delivery, right of return and complaints

At Imagewear we want to make it easy, safe and clear to shop for workwear and work shoes – for both private and business customers. Here you will find all information about delivery, freight, right of return, complaints and practical matters.

Delivery and shipping

Delivery in Denmark

All orders are sent with GLS, unless otherwise agreed. Track & trace is sent automatically via e-mail.

  • Parcel shop / delivery point: 39 kr.
  • Business delivery: 86.25 kr.
  • Click & Collect (Assens): Free – contact us before collection.

The delivery time is typically 1 business day after dispatch. Prices include VAT.

Pick-up at Imagewear

You can pick up your order at our store during opening hours. Please contact us so that we can have your package ready.

Delivery abroad

We ship to both private and business customers abroad. Delivery time varies depending on country and customs clearance.

Note: Online prices are excl. customs, import fees and local taxes.

Norway: Import fee 158 DKK will be added. See calculation on Toll.no.


Right of return and cancellation

You have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day of receipt. The return must reach us within 14 days of notification, and the item must be returned within 60 days of receipt.

Requirements for returned goods

  • The item must be unused and in original, resaleable packaging.
  • Stickers and labels must not be removed.
  • The return label must not be placed directly on the original packaging.
  • A copy of the delivery note must be included.

Note: We do not collect packages from parcel shops/boxes – returns must be sent to the address.

The customer pays the return shipping, unless the item is faulty or defective.

Once the item has been approved, the amount will be refunded to your account within a few days.


Complaints

As a private customer, you have a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sales Act, applicable to manufacturing and material defects. The right of complaint does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance or unauthorized interventions.

How to report a complaint

  • Contact us immediately after you discover the fault.
  • Write to info@imagewear.dk or call 63 16 00 25.
  • Attach the delivery note, order number and picture of the fault.

We will process the complaint quickly and contact you for further process.


Exchange of goods

Goods can only be exchanged for the same article (same model and item number). We do not charge new shipping for exchanges of the same item, unless it is a new order.

Goods that cannot be returned

  • Goods with embroidery, logo or special printing
  • Customer-specifically manufactured goods
  • Goods specially picked up for the customer
