Can I order as a private customer?
Yes – we offer a wide selection of workwear, footwear, chef clothing and service clothing for private customers.
How much does delivery cost?
We ship with GLS. The shipping price is calculated automatically at checkout. Typically from 39 kr.
How quickly do you deliver?
Most orders are shipped the same or next business day.
Can I track my package?
Yes, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace link. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes – we ship to all of Scandinavia, Iceland, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes – contact customer service for an agreement.
What do I do if the item is damaged?
Contact us immediately and we will find a solution.
What payment options are available?
We accept all common forms of payment: MobilePay, card, EAN, bank transfer.
Do you charge a fee?
No – no payment fees at Imagewear.
Can my employer pay?
Yes – please provide your employer’s invoice information at checkout.
How do I find my size?
There are size guides on all products. If you are in doubt – call us.
Can I have samples sent to me?
Yes – we are happy to send samples to business customers.
Do you go to companies?
Yes – consultant visits can be booked for hotels, restaurants, clinics and service companies.
Do you offer corporate agreements?
Yes – Imagewear offers corporate purchasing agreements with fixed discounts, login, uniform plans and special agreements.
