Welcome to Imagewear.dk. Here you will find the general terms and conditions that apply to the purchase of workwear, uniforms, shoes and related equipment on our webshop. All conditions are described in accordance with current Danish legislation and with a focus on transparency, security and good customer service.

Shipping & delivery

All orders are shipped with GLS. You will automatically receive a track & trace e-mailso that you can follow your delivery.

Delivery time

• Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours on weekdays.
• You will be contacted if items are out of stock — delivery time typically 6–8 days.
• You only pay shipping once — even for any backorders.

Shipping prices (Denmark)

• GLS Pakkeshop: 39 kr.
• GLS Erhverv: 86.25 kr. (incl. VAT)
• Pick-up in store: Free

Uncollected packages

Packages that are not picked up at the parcel shop are typically returned after 14 days. If you wish to have them resentment, a new shipping fee will be charged.

Delivery abroad

Deliveries outside Denmark are delivered without Danish VAT. Any customs and import duties are settled by the recipient.

Payment

At Imagewear.dk you can pay with:

• Dankort and eDankort
• MobilePay
• Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
• ViaBill (note that loans cost money)
• Bank transfer (contact us for account information)
• Invoice (business, only by appointment)
• EAN invoice (public institutions)

There are no payment fees. Payment security is handled by DIBS/Epay, and your card information is stored encrypted.

The amount is only charged when the order is shipped. You always have 14 days right of return from the day the item is received.

Right of withdrawal & return

You have 14 days right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. The item must be returned no later than 20 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal.

Depreciation

• An item may be tested, but not put into actual use.
• Depreciation may be deducted for use beyond normal testing.

Non-returnable items

• Custom-made items
• Items with embroidery, printing or other customization

Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or there is a wrong delivery.

We do not collect packages from parcel boxes or parcel shops.

Once the item has been received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to private customers within a few days.

Exchange

You have a 14-day exchange right for unused items in original packaging. Contact us if you have any questions — we will be happy to help with a solution.

Complaints

As a private customer, you have a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Purchase Act.

Yes. You have 14 days to cancel and 20 days to return the item.

Can I pay with EAN?

Yes. Public institutions can pay via EAN invoice.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Pick up is free at Imagewear in Assens (Mon–Thurs 8–16, Fri 8–15).
