Read Imagewear's CSR & Sustainability Profile (DK) • Read our CSR & Sustainability Profile (EN)
At Imagewear, we take ethics, responsibility and openness seriously. Our whistleblower scheme provides employees, partners and others with a safe and confidential channel to report serious matters that cannot be handled through the normal lines.
The whistleblower scheme complements our Code of Conduct and work with responsibility & ESG as well as the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The purpose is to identify and handle serious matters early, with respect for all involved.
What can be reported via the whistleblower scheme?
The whistleblower scheme is targeted at serious mattersthat are of importance to the company, employees, customers or partners – especially if there may be a breach of legislation or serious internal guidelines.
Examples of matters that can be reported:
- Corruption, bribery, fraud or financial crime
- Serious breaches of Imagewear's Code of Conduct
- Gross misuse of company funds or assets
- Serious work environment problems or health and safety risks
- Serious breaches of data protection regulations (GDPR) or confidentiality
- Systematic discrimination, harassment or other grossly offensive behaviour
Minor disagreements, cooperation problems or well-being issues should generally be handled through the immediate manager or HR, where relevant.
Who can use the whistleblower scheme?
The scheme can be used by anyone who has a relationship with Imagewear, including:
- Employees and former employees
- Temporary workers, consultants and partners
- Suppliers and subcontractors
- Customers and others who have knowledge of matters at Imagewear
You do not need to be able to fully document the matter, but you must have a factually justified suspicion and act in good faith.
How to report
You can report a case via email or through our contact form. Describe the matter as precisely as possible so that we can investigate the matter thoroughly.
- Describe the incident: What happened, when and where?
- Who is involved? Individuals, departments or partners.
- Attach documentationif you have (emails, pictures, dates, etc.).
-
Send the report to:
E-mail: admin@imagewear.dk
or via the contact form (please select “Confidential inquiry” in the subject field, if possible).
You can choose to write with the name or as anonymous inquiry. If you want a response or follow-up, we recommend that you use an email address where we can reach you – possibly a separate/neutral address if you want to maintain the greatest possible anonymity.
Confidentiality and anonymity
All reports are treated with high confidentiality. Access to the information is limited to the persons necessary to investigate and handle the case.
You can choose to remain anonymous, but in some cases it may be difficult to conduct a full investigation without the possibility of follow-up questions. We therefore encourage you – where possible – to provide the opportunity for confidential dialogue.
How we handle your report
When we receive a report, the following happens:
- Acknowledgement: We register the case and – if possible – acknowledge receipt.
- Initial assessment: We assess whether the case falls within the scope of the whistleblower scheme.
- Investigation: An investigation is carried out where relevant information is collected.
- Follow-up: If the report proves to be justified, appropriate measures will be taken (e.g. changed processes, reprimands or other measures).
- Documentation: The case will be documented and stored in accordance with applicable legislation and internal guidelines.
We work according to the principles of objectivity, proportionality and discretion in all cases.
Protection against retaliation
We do not accept any form of retaliation against persons who report serious matters in good faith. This applies to employees, partners and others who use the whistleblower scheme.
Retaliation can include:
- Threats, harassment or bullying
- Unreasonable changes in work tasks or terms of employment
- Termination or other negative special treatment as a result of the report
If you experience or fear retaliation, this should be stated in your report - or you can contact us via contact form or admin@imagewear.dk.
Connection with Code of Conduct, ESG and Global Goals
The whistleblower scheme is part of Imagewear's overall work with ethics, responsibility and transparency. It supplements, among other things:
- Code of Conduct - our ethical foundation and supplier requirements.
- Responsibility & ESG at Imagewear - overall overview of environment, social responsibility and governance.
- Imagewear & UN’s Sustainable Development Goals – our concrete work with sustainability and well-being.
Together, these policies ensure that we work in a structured way with both compliance and responsible culture – internally and in the value chain.
FAQ – frequently asked questions about the whistleblower scheme
Can I report anonymously?
Yes. You can choose not to provide your name and contact information. However, please note that it may be more difficult to investigate the matter without the possibility of follow-up. You are always welcome to use a separate email address, if you want extra protection of your identity.
What if my suspicion turns out to be wrong?
The most important thing is that you act in good faith and have a factually justified suspicion. You will not be met with sanctions because your report cannot be confirmed – as long as it is not made with malice or to harm others.
Who reads and processes my report?
Reports are received by a limited group at Imagewear, who are responsible for assessing and handling the case. Access to information is limited to relevant persons, and everyone is bound by confidentiality.
Can I use the scheme as an employee if the problem concerns my immediate manager?
Yes. The whistleblower scheme is intended as a channel when it is not possible or safe to go through the normal lines. Describe the situation as specifically as possible, and we will ensure confidential handling.
How does the whistleblower scheme relate to your Code of Conduct?
The scheme is a supplement to our Code of Conduct and is used when you experience serious breaches of the principles we have described – e.g. corruption, gross violations of human rights or serious working environment conditions.
Do you have questions about the whistleblower scheme?
Are you in doubt whether your case belongs in the whistleblower scheme, or do you need more information? You are always welcome to contact us confidentially.
