Material and durability

The jacket is padded in 100% polyester, which is both insulating and lightweight. The surface is water-repellent and the color fastness is maintained even after >200 industrial washes at 60 °C (EN ISO 15797). Good durability means that the investment lasts season after season.

Can the jacket be washed in an industrial wash at 85 °C?

We recommend washing at max. 60 °C to ensure color, shape and insulation (EN ISO 15797). Higher temperatures can increase wear and affect functionality over time.

How do we choose the correct size over a chef's jacket?
