X-treme work trousers – ergonomics and durability for operation

In housekeeping and technical operations, durable trousers are essential – especially when the working environment requires comfort, flexibility and long life. X-treme work trousers ensure employees ergonomic support and reduced replacement costs.

The model is produced in a strong 65% polyester / 35% cotton blend with mechanical stretch. The fabric weighs 250 g/m² and maintains both shape and comfort – reinforced knees and bottom protect particularly exposed areas.

Operation & durability

The trousers have been tested for industrial washing at 60 °C and retain their shape and strength with a maximum shrinkage of 5%. Robust stitching and durable material ensure a long service life. Extra wide hem allows for up to +6 cm leg length. Stocked in sizes from XS to 3XL.

Can we lengthen the trouser legs without re-sewing?

The trousers' extra wide hem provides up to 6 cm of extension (4 cm in the short model). This is done easily – without the need for re-sewing, and reduces waiting time.

Can the model withstand repeated industrial washing?

Yes, the model has been tested for frequent washing at 60 °C. Both the fabric and stitching maintain their shape and strength – we recommend washing inside out and tumble drying at a low temperature.

How do we place knee pads correctly?

The trousers have two height settings, so that the knee pads can be adjusted to the leg length and working position. It minimizes strain and increases support during kneeling tasks.
